摘    要:介绍了超磁致伸缩材料在流体控制阀中的应用研究现状,详细分析了使用GMA时要解决的热补偿、微位移放大和非线性控制等几项关键技术。提出了两种基于GMA的两级电液伺服阀实现方案。

Abstract:The giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) is a new type of function material with giant strain,high response speed, high power density and great output force. The giant magnetostrictive actuator(GMA) instead of the traditional moment motor is able to enhance performance of a hydraulic control valve and its system, such as response and precision, so as to meet higher needs. The present studies on GMM application to hydraulic control valves were introduced. The key techniques such as heat compensation, micro displacement amplifying and nonlinear control were analyzed while using GMA. Two realizing projects of two stage electro hydraulic servo valve based on GMA were presented and their respective principles and characteristics were discussed.
