热研11号黑籽雀稗开花生物学特性

摘    要:为提升热研11号黑籽雀稗(Paspalum atratum cv. Reyan 11)种子生产技术和以热研11号黑籽雀稗为父本进行杂交育种,采用定株、定序的方法对热研11号黑籽雀稗开花习性进行了观察。研究表明:热研11号黑籽雀稗单个花序开花持续6d ~9d。日开花高峰在9:00h~13:00h,该时段开花数占全日总开花数的93.6%。开花最佳温度是33℃~37℃,最佳湿度是60%~70%。为提高热研11号黑籽雀稗种子产量,在开花期内,种子生产地日温度应在33℃~37℃,湿度在60%~70%。热研11号黑籽雀稗开花期较集中,从开花初期至开花末期,历期7d~9d,利用热研11号黑籽雀稗为父本进行杂交育种,杂交要选择盛花期的第2天到第4d的9:00h~13:00h进行

Abstract:The variety Paspalum atratum cv. Reyan 11 is most significant as forage in southern China. For improving seed production technology and varietal improvement by hybridization technology, the author studied the flowering behavior of Paspalum atratum cv. Reyan 11 by observation individual plant and inflorescence. The result showed that the flowering period of single inflorescence lasted for 6 to 9 days.Blooming peaking in a day is between 9 and 13 o'clock, with 93.6% of whole bloom. The most suitable to match temperature for blooming is between 33℃ to 37℃ , and the most suitable to match degree of humidity for blooming is between 60% to 70%.In order to increase seed production, the seed field should be located area with air temperature between 33℃ to 37℃, and degree of humidity between 60%to 70% in the flowering stage. The crossing day should be in 2nd to 4th after opening flower stage, and the crossing time should be between 9h and 13h.
