摘    要:采用石蜡切片法及联苯胺比色法对山楂属4个种及辽宁山楂的普通型和矮生型进行了枝、叶解剖构造,过氧化物酶活性与生长势关系的研究,获得枝条的筛管密度,筛管占韧皮部的百分率、导管密度、导管占木质部的百分率,叶片厚度,栅栏组织厚度,栅海比、过氧化物酶活性与生长势显著相关的结果。为山楂属植物矮化性的鉴定及矮化砧的预选提供了依据。

Abstract:The relations of shoot,leaf anatomic structure of shoot and leaf and peroxidese activity to growth potential of four species of crateagus,and two growth-types,were studied by paraffin-wax cut-section and benzidine colorimetric analysis.The sieve tube density of shoot,Percentage of sieve-tube/phloem,the trachea density of shoot,Percentage of trachea/wood,the thicknese of leaf,the thickness of palisade tissue,the proortion of palisade/spongy,peroxidase activity were significantly related with the growth potential.
