| 摘 要： | 针对现有链板式输送带存在的落料不彻底和干菜质量差等问题,对输送链板的运动及落料过程进行了分析和试验研究。在此基础上,设计了一种带有中部起凸刮板结构的新型扫料装置,对菜椒和胡萝卜等蔬菜的干燥试验结果证明,其脱料率分别达到95%和90%,从而解决了输送链板上清除余料难的问题,保证了干菜质量,进一步加快了该设备的产业化进程。
