摘    要:针对CAN总线技术在农业机械上已大规模应用,但缺少将CAN总线技术与物联网技术结合的农机远程监测系统,存在专用服务器租金过高、相关软件开发周期长等问题,研究一种基于OneNet开放平台的玉米中耕变量施肥机远程监测系统。通过STM32103主控制器进行数据的处理与转化,BC20无线通信模块负责数据传输,借助OneNet平台实现PC端和移动端对于施肥机的速度、坐标、排肥轴转速等状态参数的实时远程监测。试验结果表明,整套系统数据传输延时低,性能稳定,数据传输成功率在95%以上,满足复杂田间环境工作要求。实现对于玉米中耕变量施肥机状态参数的远程实时监测。

Abstract:In view of the large-scale application of CAN Bus Technology in agricultural machinery,but there is a lack of agricultural machinery remote monitoring system combining can bus technology and Internet of things technology,which has the problems of high rent of special server and long development cycle of related software,a remote monitoring system of corn cultivator variable rate fertilizer applicator based on OneNet open platform is studied.The STM32103 main controller is used for data processing and conversion,and the BC20 wireless communication module is responsible for data transmission,with the help of OneNet platform,the PC end and mobile end can realize real-time remote monitoring of the speed,coordinates,fertilizer discharge shaft speed and other state parameters of the fertilizer applicator.The experimental results show that the whole system has low data transmission delay,stable performance,and the success rate of data transmission is more than 95%,which can meet the working requirements of complex field environment.The remote real-time monitoring of the state parameters of the variable rate fertilizer applicator for maize intercropping is realized.
