图书馆资源与服务的模糊评价研究——以南京晓庄学院图书馆为例

摘    要:为了了解读者需求,及时发现图书馆设施、资源以及为读者提供各项服务中存在的问题与不足,南京晓庄学院图书馆对读者进行调研,采取模糊评价方法,用模糊数学对受到多种因素制约的图书馆资源与服务做出一个总体的评价,得到相对准确的结论,为我们不断改进服务提供相对科学的依据。

Abstract:In order to understand the demand of readers,the timely discovery library facilities,resources,and provide the service for readers in the existing problems and insufficiency,I take the reader survey museum,and got a comparatively perfect original material.The article adopts fuzzy evaluation method,using the fuzzy mathematics to restrict by various factors of things or object to make an overall evaluation,get relatively accurate conclusions,for the continuous improvement of service to provide scientific basis.
