| Abstract: | Governance dilemma of cooperative innovation between enterprises is discussed from three aspects of opportunism,knowledge spillovers and intellectual property.Compared with network governance,the necessity of knowledge governance is analyzed.Meantime,the related literatures are reviewed from three areas of governance mode,governance mechanisms and governance performance.Finally,the future work was pointed out based on the paper. |
