| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆专业队伍建设是整个高校图书馆事业发展中一个关键性的问题。通过对高校图书馆的队伍现状进行分析,论述了高校图书馆对馆员素质的具体要求,阐释了高素质馆员队伍在高校图书馆现代化建设中的作用,并对如何建设高素质的馆员队伍提出了对策。
