摘    要:以湖南主要推广品种湘苎三号、Tri-2等为对照,对苎麻新品系R057韧皮纤维细胞的发育特性进行了较系统研究。结果表明:苎麻新品系R057横切面韧皮纤维细胞壁厚与直径的大小具有季别差异,纤维强力与细度性状均优于对照;离析单纤维结节数较少、壁腔比、节间距离较大,明显大于其余对照;其分株能力强,有效株数多,高达22株/m2,明显优于对照,具有高产优质品种的基本特征。

Abstract:with main ramie varieties in Hunan as the check varieties,the paper had carried on the comprehensive analysis of bast fiber cell development characteristics in new strain R057 of ramie.The studies showed that: the new strain R057 had good growth of bast fiber cell to cross section,which existed seasonal difference between the cell wall thickness and diameter size,and was of superiority to the check varieties in the properties of fiber fineness and strength.The number of nodules in segregation single fiber of new strain R057 was less,but the ratio of the cell wall to cavity and internode distance were larger significantly than the control.In new strain R057,the population density reached 22/m2,higher than that of check verities,which means the higher power of division and had essential features of high yield and high quality of ramie breed.
