| 摘 要： | 移动设备的普及,将导致学习和教育的方式和地点发生着重大的变化。图书馆采取个人的或其它的移动设备可以为读者提供随时随地,无处不在的资源和服务。参考馆员可以使用和应用移动设备,在移动学习环境下为读者提供服务。图书馆面临的挑战包括:迅速变化的技术领域,采用新技术的成本,图书馆读者之间的需求和喜好的多样性,并需要提供稳定地、一致性的服务。移动馆员,移动读者和移动内容的一个结合提供了一个无处不在的理想的图书馆。

| Abstract: | The popularity of mobile devices will lead to the great changes that are how and where to learn and educate.Library can provide readers the resources and services by personal or other mobile devices at anytime and anywhere.Reference librarians can use and apply mobile devices to provide services for the reader in mobile learning environment.The challenges that the libraries are facing includes a rapidly changing technology,the cost of adopting new technologies,the diversity among library users’ needs and preferences and providing a stable and consistent service.The combination of mobile librarians,mobile readers and mobile content provides a combination of an ideal and ubiquitous library. |
