摘    要:【目的】探讨不同植物生长调节剂对姜荷花种球繁育的影响筛选提高姜荷花种球繁育数量和质量的生长调节物质,为姜荷花种球繁育提供参考。【方法】以0.25、 0.50、1.00 mmol/L的茉莉酸甲脂(Me-JA)和萘乙酸(NAA)分别喷施姜荷花植株叶片,观察其新生种球的数量和重量、球径以及贮藏根等。【结果】0.25、0.50和1.00 mmol/L的Me-JA和NAA喷施姜荷花植株叶片后,新球数量均高于对照(清水),其中以Me-JA 0.50 mmol/L处理的种球最多,每株均产5.27个,远高于对照(3.60个)。不同处理球径≥1.5 cm的数量及比例均高于对照,以NAA 0.25 mmol/L 处理最高,为232个,占其新球总数的84.1%;NAA 0.25 mmol/L处理所产新球贮藏根≥3条的个数占总数的比例也最大,为59.4%,高于对照和其他处理组。【结论】综合种球数量和质量、种球直径大小以及贮藏根数量等,Me-JA 0.50 mmol/L和 NAA 0.25 mmol/L处理更有利于姜荷花种球繁育。

Abstract:Objective]The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different plant growth regulators on propagation of Curcuma alismatifolia bulbs and to screen and optimize the plant growth regulator for increasing the yield and quality of new bulbs.Method]Different concentrations(0.25,0.50,1.00 mmol/L) of methyl jasmonate(Me-JA) and NAA were used for spraying on the leaves to investigate the effects on the number,weight and size of new bulb and storage roots of Curcuma alismatifolia variety Chiangmai Pink.Result]The results showed that after spraying different concentrations of Me-JA and NAA,the number of new bulbs was more than that of control,the Me-JA(0.5 mmol/L) treatment recorded the highest bulb number(5.27/plant) and which was higher than the control(3.6/plant).The number and percentage of bulb with diameter ≥1.5 cm in different treatments were also higher than that of control.The 0.25 mmol/L NAA treatment recorded highest(232) bulbs which accounted for 84.1%.Furthermore,the percentage of new bulbs with more than 3 roots at 0.25 mmol/L NAA treatment was also the highest(59.4%).Conclusion]Based on the analysis and comparison of results,0.5 mmol/L Me-JA and 0.25 mmol/L NAA were found to be favorable for propagation of Curcuma alismatifolia bulbs.
