广西猪牛羊鸡戊型肝炎血清流行病学调查分析

摘    要:【目的】全面掌握了解广西各地猪、牛、羊、鸡戊型肝炎(HE)的感染状况及其流行特点。【方法】采用双抗原夹心ELISA检测来自广西各地猪(850份)、牛(392份)、羊(428份)、鸡(352份)共2022份血清中的抗HEV抗体,并比较不同地区、不同动物间抗HEV抗体阳性率的差异。【结果】4种主要畜禽的血清总抗HEV抗体阳性率为44.76%(905/2022),其阳性率大小排序为:猪(77.53%)>牛(27.81%)>羊(21.03%)>鸡(13.35%);不同地区的畜禽血清抗HEV抗体阳性率都是以猪群的最高,均在59.00%以上。而从不同地区的4种畜禽血清总抗HEV抗体阳性率来看,以南宁市的最高(61.94%)、河池市的最低(30.93%)。【结论】广西的猪、牛、羊、鸡群中均存在HEV感染,且猪在传播HEV方面起主导作用。

Abstract:Objective]The present study was conducted to investigate current status of infection and epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis E virus (HEV) in swine, chicken, cattle and sheep in Guangxi. Method]The anti-HEV antibodies were detected in 2022 sera including 850 of swine, 352 of chicken, 392 of cattle, and 428 of sheep, collected from all over Guangxi, using a double-antigen sandwich enzyme immunoassay (DS-ELISA), and the positive rate of anti-HEV antibody in different sera were compared. Result]Out of 2022 sera collected from these animals, 905 were positive anti-HEV, with a total positive rate of 44.76%. The declining order of positive rate in different animals was as follows: swine 77.53%, cattle 27.81%, sheep 21.03% and chicken 13.35%. Positive rate in sera of swine, irrespective of region, topped the list with the rate above 59.00%. Region wise, the total positive rate of four animals from Nanning was the highest (61.94%), whereas the lowest (30.93%) in Hechi. Conclusion]HEV infection occurred in all kinds of studied animals, of which swine played a leading role in the dissemination of HEV.
