贝莱斯芽孢杆菌ZC16的分离鉴定及生防效果评价

摘    要:本研究从香蕉枯萎病重病地块仅存的健康香蕉植株根际采集土样,分离得到一株对枯萎病病原菌Foc4具有很强拮抗作用的芽孢杆菌,经分子鉴定及进化树分析,将其命名为贝莱斯芽孢杆菌ZC16,并通过平板对峙和盆栽试验对其进行生防效果评价。结果表明:贝莱斯芽孢杆菌ZC16对枯萎病病原菌Foc4具有很强的抑制作用,平板对峙抑菌率为65.1%;盆栽试验病情指数为31.43,防效为64.51%,较贝莱斯芽孢杆菌FZB42防效高25%,具有良好的生防潜力。

Isolation and identification of bacillus velezensis ZC16 and evaluation of its biocontrol efficacy
Abstract:Abstract:A strain of Bacillus sphaericus was isolated from the soil samples collected from the root system of the healthy banana plant in the serious disease area of Banana Fusarium wilt, named Bacillus velezensis ZC16, the biocontrol effect was evaluated through plate confrontation and pot experiment. The results showed that bacillus velezensis ZC16 had strong inhibitory effect on the pathogen Foc4 of fusarium wilt, the inhibition rate was 65.1% in plate confrontation, 31.43% in pot experiment and 44.99% in control, it was 26.67% higher than the positive control strain velezensis FZB42 and had good biocontrol potential.
