呼和浩特市地区桃粉蚜(Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard)对七种杀虫剂的敏感性研究

摘    要:桃粉蚜(Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard)是农作物和果树重要害虫。本研究,为揭示呼和浩特市地区桃粉蚜对不同杀虫剂的敏感性。应用拟除虫菊酯类、新烟碱类、阿维菌素类等7种杀虫剂对其进行生物测定。试验结果:1.拟除虫菊酯类,SEQ品系对溴氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯和联苯菊酯的LC50值分别是395.20mg/L、29.90mg/L、86.40mg/L。IMAU品系对溴氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯和联苯菊酯的LC50值分别是591.29 mg/L、1219.30 mg/L、271.81 mg/L。SEQ品系对拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的敏感性比IMAU品系高。2.新烟碱类,SEQ品系对吡虫啉和啶虫脒的LC50值分别是400.23mg/L、395.80mg/L。IMAU品系对对吡虫啉和啶虫脒的LC50值分别是340.93mg/L、838.28mg/L。SEQ品系和IMAU品系对新烟碱类杀虫剂的敏感性差异不大。3.阿维菌素类,SEQ品系对阿维菌素和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的LC50值分别是166.40mg/L、1279.96mg/L。IMAU品系对阿维菌素和甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的LC50值分别是878.73 mg/L、6716.83 mg/L。SEQ品系对新烟碱类杀虫剂的敏感性比IMAU品系高。本研究中的SEQ品系对拟除虫菊酯类、阿维菌素类杀虫剂的敏感性均比IMAU品系的高。SEQ和IMAU品系对拟除虫菊酯和阿维菌素类杀虫剂均有敏感性差异与不同生态环境中的种群受杀虫剂筛选频度有关。同类杀虫剂的靶标部位相同导致桃粉蚜均对3类杀虫剂产生交互抗性。本研究为农业生产当中防治桃粉蚜提供基础数据。

Study on the susceptibility of Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard towards seven types of insecticides in Hohhot areaBAO wenxue1*,SUN lina2,WANG chunhui1,ZHANG yanru 1,JANG haiyan1
Abstract:Hyalopterus amygdali (Blanchard, 1840) is the primary pest for crops and fruits. This study unraveled the susceptibility of the Hyalopterus amygdali to various pesticides in Hohhot area. Bioassay was conducted using seven different types of pesticides, including Pyrethroids, Neonicotinoids and Avennectins.The results showed that the LC50 values of SEQ strain towards Pyrethroids were 395.20 mg/L, 29.90 mg/L and 86.40 mg/L for Deltamethrin, Beta-cyfluthrin and Bifenthrin, respectively, while that of the IMAU strain were 591.29 mg/L, 1219.30 mg/L, 271.81 mg/L, respectively, indicating that the SEQ strain was more susceptible to Pyrethroids than IMAU strain. In the bioassay with Neonicotinoids, SEQ strain had LC50 values of 400.23 mg/L and 395.80mg/L for Imidacloprid and Acetamiprid, respectively, when they were 340.93 mg/L, 838.28 mg/L, respectively, in IMAU strain, which means that there was no significant difference between SEQ and IMAU strain in terms of their susceptibility towards Neonicotinoids. The results of bioassay with Avermectins demonstrated that the SEQ strain had a LC50 values of 166.40 mg/L and 1279.96 mg/L for Avermectin and Emamectin benzoate, respectively, when they were 878.73 mg/L and 6716.83 mg/L in IMAU strain, indicating that the susceptibility of SEQ strain was higher than IMAU strain. In this study, the SEQ strain was more susceptible to Pyrethroids and Avermectins in contrast to IMAU strain, confirming that the different populations were potentially exposed to different selection frequency with insecticides. It can be concluded that the same target position in three types of insecticides led to the development of cross resistance in H. Amygdali. Therefore, this study could lend a support for controlling H. Amygdali in Hohhot area.
