摘    要:本研究对从铜陵、芜湖、菏泽三地引入的‘凤丹’家系单株的种子性状进行研究,通过调查凤丹单株的种长、种径、单荚果种子数、千粒重和单株产量,分析其变异特征和相关性,得出以下结论:三地种源的种长、种径、单果荚种子数均值差异不明显;菏泽种源种子大小变异最丰富;单果荚种子数和单株产量存在显著相关性;千粒重和单株产量和存在极显著相关性;建立线性回归模型Y=0.06X1+0.085X2+0.212X3+0.685X4,检验结果显著性为0.02,其中千粒重回归系数检验显著性为0.02,说明千粒重对单株产量的影响最大,显著性最高。本次试验结果以期为常州市武进区油用牡丹的良种选育和示范推广提供一定参考。

A Preliminary Study On The Variation Of Fruit Seeds Of Single Family Of Fengdan Germplasm Resources From Different Provenances
Abstract:In this study, the seed characters of ''Fengdan'' families introduced from Tongling,Wuhu and Heze were studied. By investigating the seed length, seed diameter, seed number per-pod, thousand seed weight and yield per-plant of Fengdan, the variation characteristics and correlation were analyzed. The following conclusions were drawn: there was no significant difference in the mean value of seed length, seed diameter and seed number per-pod among the three provenances There was significant correlation between seed number per-pod and yield per-plant; there was extremely significant correlation between 1000 grain weight and yield per plant; linear regression model Y=0.06X1+0.085X2+0.212X3+0.685X4 was established. The significance of total regression equation test was 0.02, and the significance of thousand grain weight regression coefficient test was 0.02, which indicated that thousand grain weight had the greatest impact on yield per-plant, and the significance was the highest. The results of this experiment are expected to provide some reference for the breeding and demonstration of oil peony in Wujin District of Changzhou City.
