| 摘 要： | 在过去十几年间 ,许多国家尤其是发展中国家倡导一种新的旅游形式———非大众旅游 .该文研究的主要目的是介绍非大众旅游的起源、概念及特点 ,并根据中国西部的区位、自然、社会经济、旅游资源条件 ,阐述非大众旅游在中国西部发展的可行性 .通过对郎木寺进行实地调查 ,同时对郎木寺乡政府的工作人员、寺院喇嘛以及一些游客进行访谈 ,结果表明 :郎木寺在社会经济、旅游资源、旅游市场等方面具备了发展非大众旅游的条件 ,但目前缺少相应的政策引导 .根据郎木寺的特点 ,作者提出了发展非大众旅游的相关策略 .在中国西部有很多与郎木寺相类似的乡村和小城镇 ,地方政府可以通过政策引导、制定科学的旅游规划等工作 ,优先发展非大众旅游 ,促进旅游持续发展

| Abstract: | Over the past decade a new form of tourism, alternative tourism, has been promoted in many countries, especially in developing countries. The aims of this paper are to introduce the origin, concepts and characteristics of alternative tourism, and expound the feasibility of developing alternative tourism in the west of China according to local, physical, economic and social culture conditions of these areas. Its main approach is to investigate on the spot at Langmusi, Gansu Province and interview members of township government, lama as well as tourists in the meantime. Study findings showed that Langmusi have had conditions to develop alternative tourism on the basis of its social, economic, tourist attractions and markets, but at present it was deficient in correlative policy guiding. The paper outlines strategies in light of its specific conditions. There are many villages and small towns which resemble Langmusi in the west of China, the author proposes that local government give priority to develop alternative tourism in these regions by establishing policies to guide and making scientific planning to promote tourism sustainable development. |
