| 摘 要： | 根据禽网状内皮组织增生症病毒属(REV group)鸭脾坏死病毒株(SNV)囊膜糖蛋白基因的序列，设计和合成1对引物，以SNV株前病毒cDNA全基因组克隆为模板，通过：PCR技术，扩增出该病毒囊膜糖蛋白(env)基因；将PCR产物按正确的阅读框架定向克隆进真核表达载体pcDNA3.1／Zeo( )中；将重组质粒转染到宿主细胞COS-7细胞中，通过间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)，证明该基因在宿主细胞中得到表达。 |

| Abstract: | A pair of primers was designed and synthesized according to the sequence of envelope gene of SNV strain. The envelope gene was amplified by PCR technique and the PCR product was cloned into the pcDNA3.1/Zeo(+) vector, which is a eukaryotic expression vector. Then the recombinants were transfected into COS-7, it was proved that the env gene were expressed in the host by IFA. |
