农业机械动力输出轴功率测试装置的研制

摘    要:简要介绍了一种小型自动化高精度功率测试装置(仪),并通过试验研究证明其达到较满意的效果.测量系统能够实现对产品的轴功率进行无线遥测,安全性较之以往的设备和系统有较大提高,同时能够更加精确地测量出轴系的功率值,为进一步提高能量的传递效率、节约能源提供了可靠的依据.除了具有以上优点以外,由于采用了比较先进的ZigBee数据无线传输系统,使得系统本身的能耗大为降低,实现了低能耗与高效率的结合.与以往的测量系统相比,该系统在数据传送等方面具有一定的创新性,具有较高的推广与实用价值.

Abstract:This thesis briefly introduced a miniature automatic high precision power test device. This device has reached a satisfactory result through the experiment and testing. This test device can give wireless remote measuring on the ax power, the safety level improved dramatically comparing to the former device and system. At the same time, this device can more accurately measure the power data on ax system, this gives reliable evidence on increasing the energy transmitting efficiency and energy saving. The devise utilizes the comparatively advanced ZigBee wireless data transmitting system, with this system, the device self consumption of energy are kept at a very low level, this make good combination of high efficiency and low energy consuming. Compare with former device and system, this device possess its creative feature on transmitting the data and possesses the high potential of popularizing and applying .
