摘    要:采用农业行业标准( NY/T 1433 - 2007)中推荐的24对水稻SSR引物,构建了贵州省2011年水稻区域试验中晚组参试品种(组合)的DNA指纹图谱.结果显示,共检测出107个等位基因,平均4.458个;平均PIC值为0.728;Shannon-Wiener指数平均为1.433,变幅0.415( RM 19)~1.848( RM 336).参试品种间遗传相似系数为0.56~0.99.SSR检测结果表明,贵州省2011年水稻区试品种的遗传多样性相对狭窄.

Abstract:In this study,the DNA fingerprints of rice varieties tested in the regional adaptability trials of Guizhou province in 2011 were established by means of 24 pairs of SSR primers recommended by agricultural industry standard(NY/T 1433-2007).107 alleles were detected from tested rice varieties.The average number of alleles perlocus was 4.458 and its average PIC index was 0.728.The average number of Shannon-Wiener index with 1.433 varied from 0.415(RM 19)-1.848(RM 336).The genetic similarity ranged from 0.56 to 0.99.The results of SSR detect showed that the genetic diversity of rice varieties involved in the trails was relatively narrow in 2011 of Guizhou province.
