| 摘 要： | 提出了一种可扩充交互式语音应答系统 ( Interactive VoiceResponse IVR)流程树的构造 ,介绍了其基本原理 .在此基础上设计出可扩充的流程树 ,并在 IVR系统中具体实现了其可扩充功能 ,从而为 IVR流程的灵活设置提供了一种可行的方案 ,解决了当前存在的 IVR系统流程不可自由设置 ,扩展性差的问题 ,满足了系统随时扩充的需要
