摘    要:2008年7月份至12月份在新疆呼图壁种牛场选择397头年龄相近、泌乳量为28.23±4.26kg的中国荷斯坦牛,随机分成三组。第一组为对照组(CT),第二组每天饲喂50g"益康XP",第三组每天饲喂24g"PM发酵粉";试验期6个月,每10d测日产奶量,每月数据汇总处理,每月底采集乳样,检测其乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖、乳非脂固形物含量及体细胞数、pH值。结果表明:与CT组相比,XP组与PM组明显提高奶牛产奶量和乳脂率;与CT组相比,XP组和PM组均能降低乳体细胞数(P0.05);此外,与CT组相比,XP组和PM组对乳糖、乳非脂固形物含量和pH值影响并不显著(P0.05)。

Abstract:In this study on June 2008, we choosed 397 China Holstein dairy cow with same age and similar milk yield(28.23±4.26kg)at Hutubi Xinjing. They were randomly divided into 3 groups(CT,XP, PM). XP group of cows was fed "Econazole XP" 50g every day. The PM group of lactating cows were fed "PM Fermentation Agent Starter" 24g every day. Data for milk production was taken every 10 days. The milk samples were collected on Od, 30d, 60d, 90d, 120d and 150d to evaluate the milk fat, protein, lactose, SNF, somatic cell count and pH value. The results showed that in comparison with the control group, XP group an PM group increased milk production and milk fat percent of the lactating cows. Both of the microecologicalagens distinctly decreased somatic cell count in milk(P〉0.05). And the results suggested that in comparison with the control group, XP group an PM group have no effect on the content of lactose, SNF, and somatic cell count and pH value(P〉0.05).
