脱毒甘薯北京553干物质积累与分配规律研究

摘    要:脱毒甘薯北京553薯苗干物质积累,在整个生育期内都明显高于对照,其分配规律为,前上部茎叶为主,中后期地下部块根积聚迅速增加,源库关系协调,毒北京553茎尖苗、原原种苗、原种苗的生物产量分别比对照高51.3%,45.7%和22.7%,经济产量分别比对照高63.3%,54.6%和23.7%,经济系数 也显著高于对照。

Abstract:Compared with the control,accumulation of dry matter of virus free sweet potato Beijing 553 was evidently improved in all stages of growth and development.Its law of distribution showed that dry matter was distributed mainly to vines and leaves in the early siage and to storage root speedily in the middle and later stages.It had harmonious source sink relationship.Biological yield of vine tip cutting,original cutting and stock cutting of virus free Sweet potato Beijing 553 was higher than that of the control,increased by 51.3%,45.7% and 22.7% respectively,and the economic yield was raised by 63.3%,54.6% and 23.7% respectively,and the economic coefficient was significantly higher thah that of the control.
