| 摘 要： | 应用农杆菌介导转化体系培育的转基因抗虫棉2001Pb-3,其遗传性稳定,综合农艺性状优良,高抗棉铃虫,抗枯萎病耐黄萎病,丰产性好,适应性广,纤维品质符合国家纺织工业要求。2005年3月通过山西省品种审定委员会审定。

| Abstract: | The transgenic insect-resistant cotton variety 2001pb-3 was bred by Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated transformation system.Its inheritance is stable.This variety show good comprehensive agronomical character,high resistance to cotton bollworms,resistance to fusarium wilt of cotton,and tolerance to verticillium wilt of cotton,high yield,wide adaptability and its fiber quality is up to the requirements of the state textile industry.In March of 2005,2001pb-3 passed the examination and approval of Shanxi Variety Examination and Approval Commission. |
