摘    要:基于摩擦学系统理论分析方法,分析了缸套-活塞环摩擦副表面磨损及失效机理,探讨了缸套-活塞环摩擦系统的相互关系,为提高其耐磨性和可靠性提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the study concerned with a tribological system of cylinder liner piston ring in IC engine was carried out and the tribological behaviors of the cylinder liner piston ring tribo pairs were systematically and deeply discussed. The interrelationship among the tribological behaviors of the system was investigated based on the system theory and the mechanisms of wear and failure of cylinder liner piston ring tribo pairs were analyzed. The influencing factors including loading and revolving velocity of the engine, surface roughnesses of the piston ring and the cylinder and lubricant viscosity were investigated.
