火焰原子吸收分光光度法与二氮杂菲分光光度法测定水体中总铁方法对比

摘    要:通过用火焰原子吸收分光光度法与二氮杂菲分光光度法,两种方法对水体中总铁进行测定,进行了对比。通过与国家标准物质中心配制值对比,原子吸收分光光度法测定值绝对误差为0.01mg/L,相对误差为2.0%,最低检测限为0.006 mg/L;二氮杂菲分光光度法测定值绝对误差为0.02mg/L,相对误差为4.0%,最低检测限为0.05mg/L。

Abstract:By using FAAS and phenanthroline spectrophotometry,total iron in water was determined.By contrast,absolute error of FAAS was 0.01mg/L,relative error was 2.0%,the lowest detection limit was 0.006mg/L;absolute error of Phenanthroline spectrophotometry was 0.02mg/L,relative error was 4.0%,the lowest detection limit was 0.05mg/L.
