| 摘 要： | 随着市场农业的发展和国际经济一体化进程的加快,信息作用日益成为农业生产和农村经济发展的强大动力,“最后一公里”问题已经成为制约我国农业信息化发展的瓶颈。本次调研全面了解京郊涉农信息服务基础,摸清服务对象需求,对照农业农村部信息进村入户工程提出的“有场地、有设备、有网络、有人员、有网页、有可持续发展能力”的标准及村级服务站功能设定征求建议,解决信息服务“最后一公里”的问题,完善农村基础公益服务体系,为推动农业信息化健康发展奠定基础。

| Abstract: | With the development of market agriculture and the acceleration of international economic integration, the role of information has increasingly become a powerful driving force for agricultural production and rural economic development. The "last kilometer" problem has become a bottleneck restricting the development of agricultural informatization in China. This survey comprehensively understands the basis of agriculture related information services in the suburbs of Beijing, finds out the needs of service objects, and solicits suggestions on the standard of "site, equipment, network, personnel, web page and sustainable development ability" proposed by the information entry project of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas and the function setting of village service stations, so as to build a benefit agriculture information society according to the standard and solve the "last kilometer" of information services To improve the rural basic public welfare service system and lay a foundation for promoting the healthy development of agricultural informatization. |
