| 摘 要： | 针对黄连人工栽培中种子小、休眠期长、发芽率低的问题 ,笔者用 GA3、KNO3、Ca Cl2 在室内对黄连种子浸种发芽试验研究的结果表明 ,以 GA31.4 4 m mol/ l的溶液处理黄连的发芽率和发芽势相对较高 ,分别为6 7.3%、4 2 .4 % ,植株生长表现好 ,可在生产中推广应用 ,而对 KNO3、Ca Cl2 溶液处理的适宜浓度还有待研究

| Abstract: | Considering of small size of seeds and long dormancy periods and low germination rates, experiments of coptis seeds soaked with GA_3 and KNO_3 and CaCl_2 were conducted at laboratory. Results indicated that coptis grown well and germination rates and vigor, 67.3% and 42.4%, of seeds soaked with GA_3 concentration of 1.44 mmol/l were relatively high. This concentration may be applied in coptis production. However, concentrations of KNO_3 and CaCl_2 still need to be studied further. |
