枸杞叶中不同微量元素的含量测定

摘    要:采用原子吸收光谱法测定枸杞叶中微量元素锌、锰、铜、铁4种元素。结果表明,RSD值均低于2%,符合分析要求,回收率为99.8%~105.0%,对国家标准物质(SRM)进行分析,测得值与标准参考值相吻合。该法精密度、准确度和回收率都能满足有关标准的要求,具有多元素同时分析、样品前处理简单、时间少等优点。

Determination of Various Trace Elements in Chinese Wolfberry Leaves

Abstract:The 4 kinds of trace elements such as Zn, Mn, Cu, and Fe in Chinese wolfberry leaves were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The test results showed that the RSD values were all below 2% and met the analysis re- quirements. The recoveries were 99.8%-105.0%. The national standard reference materials (SRM) were analyzed and the measured values were coincided with the standard reference values. The precision, accuracy and recovery rate with the method all met the requirements of the relevant standard. It has the advantages that various elements can be analyzed at the same time, sample pretreatment is simple and less time is taken.
