| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是我们党和军队的"生命线",在我们党的成长历史中发挥着重要作用,引导着我们从一个胜利走向另一个胜利,创造了一个又一个的奇迹。但是,随着社会历史条件不断变化,思想政治工作也遇到了前所未有的困难。在这样一个全新的历史形势下,我们必须以历史为明镜,以我们党多年工作经验为基础,继续发挥思想政治工作的"生命线"的作用,为新时期我国社会主义现代化建设服务。

| Abstract: | Ideological and political work is the"lifeline"of our army and partys ,it play an important role in growing up of our party and leading them from one victory to another ,and creates so many wonders. But along with the changes of historical condi-tions ,our ideological and political work also meetsmany difficulties .In the new historical conditions ,we must accord to the history and expects of our party in the past ,continue to play a"lifeblood"role of ideological and political work ,and on the base of those ,continue to work for construction of socialist modernization. |
