| 摘 要： | 基于当前的网络通讯技术和WEBGIS技术,结合实际应用设计了一个高效实用的分布式森林防火指挥系统。本文首先介绍了系统的总体技术流程与功能模块,其次分析了系统建设过程中的主要研究内容以及所涉及的关键技术,即对森林管理所涉及到的数据组织管理、Web GIS的系统体系结构、Web GIS的共享与互操作等技术的实现进行了研究,最后以该系统的军事在线标绘功能为例,展示了系统实际运用效果图。

| Abstract: | Based on current techniques of network communication and WebGIS,this paper designs a practicable command control system to direct fire-fighting operations.Firstly,this paper introduces the total frame and functions of the system.Secondly,this paper analyses the key techniques for building the system,which include data obtaining,data organizing & management,architecture of WebGIS and sharing and interoperation technique.In the end,this paper demonstrates the on-line martial symbol editing function to show the running result of the system. |
