乙酰甲胺磷在扁豆中残留的研究

摘    要:利用高效液相色谱对SE-106及交大青扁豆1号两个品种的扁豆荚中乙酰甲胺磷在经过0天、3天、6天及9天的自然消解,以及0小时、4小时、8小时及12小时水洗处理后的残留量进行分析,发现品种之间具有显著差异,自然消解条件下相同时间SE-106中乙酰甲胺残留量显著高于交大青扁豆1号,残留量下降速率3-6天内前者显著大于后者。水洗条件下0-8小时内相同时间点SE-106中乙酰甲胺磷残留量显著高于交大青扁豆1号,4-12小时内残留量下降速率前者显著大于后者。不同的处理方法乙酰甲胺残留量水洗处理效果明显好于自然消解处理。

Abstract:Residue of acephate in Lablab purpureus varieties SE-106 and Jiaodaqingbiandou No 1 was studied with HPLC in natural digestion in 0d,3d,6d and 9d and washing in 0h,4h,8h and 12h.The results show that residue of acephate in SE-106 was significantly more than what in Jiaodaingbiandou No 1 in the same period of natural digestion,and decline rate of acephate in SE-106 during 3d to 6d was faster.While washing in 0h to 8h,residue of acephate in SE-106 was significantly more than what in Jiaodaqingbiandou No 1,and decline rate of acephate in SE-106 during 4h to 12h was faster.This indicated that the effect of acephate removal with washing is superior to that with natural digestion.
