摘    要:本试验旨在研究不同蛋白质水平精料对广丰山羊生长性能、屠宰性能和血清生化指标的影响。选择健康且体重相近的3月龄左右广丰山羊30只,随机分为3组,每组10只(公母各占1/2)。3组山羊分别饲喂高(22.87%,H组)、中(19.07%,M组)和低(15.23%,L组)蛋白质水平的精料,粗料均为野生芒草鲜草,精粗比50∶50。试验期为84 d,其中预试期为14 d,正试期为70 d。结果显示:1)正试期第35天,L组的体高显著低于其他2组(P<0.05),而料重比则相反,其他生长性能指标各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)正试期第14天,H组血清尿素氮含量极显著高于其他2组(P<0.01),其中M组最低;正试期第35天,L组血清尿素氮含量显著高于M组(P<0.05);正试期第70天,H组和L组血清尿素氮含量极显著高于M组(P<0.01)。3)H组的眼肌面积显著高于M组(P<0.05),其他屠宰性能指标各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);M组的瓣胃重量和指数以及皱胃重量均显著低于L组(P<0.05),而肺脏指数则显著高于L组(P<0.05);H组的心脏重量和指数均显著低于L组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在本试验条件下,蛋白质水平为19.07%的精料可以满足广丰山羊的育肥需求。

Abstract:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of concentrates with different protein levels on growth performance,slaughter performance and serum biochemical indexes of Guangfeng goats.Thirty healthy goats with the similar body weight and age about 3 months were chosen and randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 goats(half male and half female)per group.Goats in the 3 groups were fed concentrates with high(22.87%,group H),medium(19.07%,group M)and low(15.23%,group L)protein levels,respectively.The roughage was fresh wild grass of Miscanthus,and the forage to concentrate ratio was 50∶50 in all groups.The experimental period was 84 days including 14 days of adaptation period and 70 days of formal period.The results showed as follow:1)the body height of goats in group L was significantly lower than that of other two groups on day 35 of formal period(P<0.05),but the result of feed to gain ratio was opposite.The other growth performance indexes were no significant differences among all groups(P>0.05).2)The content of serum urea nitrogen of goats in group H was significantly higher than that in other two groups on day 14 of formal period(P<0.01),and the content of serum urea nitrogen in group M was the lowest.The content of serum urea nitrogen of goats in group L was significantly higher than that in group M on day 35 of formal period(P<0.05).The content of serum urea nitrogen of goats in groups H and L was significantly higher than that in group M on day 70 of formal period(P<0.05).3)The loin muscle area of goats in group H was significantly higher than that in group M(P<0.05),and the other slaughter performance indexes were no significant differences among all groups(P>0.05).The weight of omasum and abomasum and the index of omasum in group M were significantly lower than those in group L(P<0.05),but the index of lung was significantly higher than that in group L(P<0.05).The heart weight and heart index in group H were significantly lower than those in group L(P<0.05).In conclusion,the concentrate with protein level of 19.07%can meet the fattening requirement of Guangfeng goats under this experiment conditions.
