不同茴香品种植株形态及营养成分分析

摘    要:对7个茴香品种的部分植株形态及营养物质含量进行了比较。结果表明,河北青县的割茬茴香和山西太原的小茴香品种早熟〔74 d(播种至采收嫩茎叶)〕,吉林四平的茴香和甘肃玉门、内蒙古托县的小茴香品种中熟(86 d),新疆伊犁和辽宁阜新的小茴香品种晚熟(97 d);吉林四平的茴香品种真叶数最多,地上部鲜质量和地下部鲜质量最大,山西太原的小茴香品种地上部干物率最高,7个茴香品种的植株可食率均达90 %以上;甘肃玉门的小茴香品种VC、有机酸、蛋白氮和全氮含量均相对较高,可溶性糖和全碳含量以新疆伊犁的小茴香品种相对较高。综合评定,甘肃玉门的小茴香品种的营养价值相对较高。

Abstract:Comparison of plant morphology and nutritional components in seven fennel varieties was carried on.The results showed that fennel varieties from Qing County of Hebei Province and Taiyuan of Shanxi Province were early mature(74 d from sowing to harvesting),and from Siping of Jilin Province,Yumen of Gansu Province and Tuo County of Inner Mongolia were mid mature(86 d),while from Yili of Xinjiang and Fuxin of Liaoning Province were late mature(97 d).Fennel varieties from Siping of Jilin Province had the largest number of true leaves and the most fresh quality in shoots and roots,while the variety from Shanxi Province had the highest dry matter ratio in shoots.The edible rate in plant of seven fennel varieties exceeded 90 %.The contents of VC,organic acid,protein nitrogen and full nitrogen in fennel variety from Gansu Province were relatively higher,while contents of soluble sugar and full carbon in fennel variety from Xinjiang were comparatively higher.Integrated evaluation indicated that the nutritional value of fennel variety from Gansu Province was higher.
