| 摘 要： | 土地利用总体规划实施评价是土地管理中的新课题,同时也是新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的重要内容.以湖北省老河口市为研究对象,在阐述土地利用总体规划实施评价的类型、评价指标选取的原则、指标标准化方法的基础上,借助灰色模型GM(1,1)预测规划指标执行度,应用协调度函数评价规划实施效益,通过设置综合评价标准分析执行度与实施效益的深层次组合关系.结果表明,老河口市本轮规划(1997～2010年)实施效益良好,但部分规划目标设置已不符合实际情况,需要进行土地利用总体规划修编.
