| 摘 要： | 知识管理是知识经济时代一种全新的管理方法,通过对企业知识的发掘、共享和创新,促进企业核心能力的提升。在介绍知识链模型和知识管理机制的基础上,分析了我国农机制造业知识利用现状,提出了一种适合于不同层次的农机制造业企业的知识管理框架模型,研究了该模型实现的关键问题并给出了解决方案。

| Abstract: | Knowledge management (KM) is a new methodology of management which was proposed in the era of knowledge economy. The methodology promote the core capacity of the enterprise by knowledge mining, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovating. After introducing the conception of knowledge chain and the mechanism of KM, the status quo of the knowledge utilization in ago-machinery manufacturing of our country was investigated. And a frame model of KM served for ago-machinery manufacturing enterprises in different levels was presented. The key issues of the implementation of the model were researched and the corresponding resolving methods were also presented. |
