| 摘 要： | 根据近年来植物外源DNA导入技术在我国农业分子育种上所取得的研究成果，对植物外源DNA导入技术所使用的方法、应用研究的领域和所取得的进展进行了详细的分析，并结合现代分子生物学技术在农业分子育种上的应用从分子水平上对外源DNA导入技术的可行性进行了讨论。
