不同类型叶用莴苣类胡萝卜素含量的差异性分析

摘    要:以国内外165种叶用莴苣(包括结球、半结球、散叶莴苣类型)为试材,通过测定类胡萝卜素含量,探索不同类型间叶用莴苣类胡萝卜素含量的差异,以及同一类型不同品种间的差异。结果表明,不同类型叶用莴苣间类胡萝卜素含量存在明显的差异,同一类型中不同品种间又存在一定的差异。综合比较可知散叶莴苣的类胡萝卜素含量较高,结球莴苣类胡萝卜素含量最少。其中G-J110,G-J97,G-J64,G-J27,P-B6,G-S60,G-S73,PS16,P-S23,G-S20,G-S31,P-S22品种中含有较高的类胡萝卜素,含量为45mg/L以上;而P-S19,G-J58,GJ96,G-J56等品种中类胡萝卜素含量较低,都在1mg/L以下。

Abstract:To investigate the differences of carotenoid content in different types of leaf lettuces and different varieties of the same type, 165 kinds of leaf lettuces (including head lettuces, half-hitch lettuces, loose-headed lettuces) derived from domestic and abroad were used as materials to analyze the carotenoid content. The results showed that there were obvious differences in carotenoid content among different types of leaf lettuces, and different varieties in the same type also contained different carotenoid content. Comprehensive comparison suggested that carotenoid content in loose-headed lettuce was highest, and the carotenoid content in headed lettuce was lowest. Furthermore, the varieties of G-J110, G-J97, G-J64, G-J27, P-B6, G-S60, G-S73, P-S16, P-S23, G-S20, G-S31, P-S22 contained high carotenoid, about more than 45mg/L, while P-S19, G-Jr8, G-J96, G-J56 and other varieties contained low carotenoid content, about less than lmg/L.
