植物激活蛋白对白术根腐病和斑枯病的诱抗效果及其对产量的影响

摘    要:植物激活蛋白能显著提高白术对病害的抗性。试验表明700~1300倍液植物激活蛋白喷施白术叶面,隔30 d喷1次,对白术根腐病和斑枯病的诱抗效果分别达53.9%~81.2%和39.7%~63.3%。植物激活蛋白能显著提高白术商品性和产量,白术的单术重量增加35%以上,白术产量提高46%以上。6月初使用700倍激活蛋白,间隔30 d,整个生长期使用5次对白术抗病增产效果最好,对斑枯病诱抗效果达63.3%,增产129.93%。

Abstract:The disease resistance of Atractylodes macrocephala was increased obviously by spraying with plant activator protein.The results showed that when sprayed with plant activated protein at the concentration of 700 to 1300 dilution for one times every 30 days,induced resistance efficacy of root rot(F.solani) and leaf blight(S.atractylodis) of A.macrocephala were 53.9%-81.2% and 39.7%-63.3%,respectively.Plant activated protein could enhance the commercial quality and yield of A.macrocephala.Single root weight and the yield increased by more than 35% and 46%,respectively.The Chinese medical plant was first sprayed with Plant activated protein at 700 dilution-concentration in the beginning of June,then one times every 30 days.When sprayed for 5 times during the whole growth stage,the best control efficacy and the highest yield were achieved.The control efficacy to spot blight was 63.3% and the yield increased by 129.93%.
