| Abstract: | The average reproductive gland of Asterias (it's testis & Ovary) is 20-25% of it's total weight. It is palatable and fragrant, and contains 15.92% of protein, 11.13% of fat, as well as the lowest cholesterol 5.3mg per 100g. And its fatty acids contain 11.14% of eicosapentaenoic acid and 6.25% of docosahexaenoic acid.Asterias is not only full of nutritions, but also a possible does patient suf fered from hypertention and coronary disease good. It can be developed as a kind of new nutrious food. |
