摘    要:齿轮表面质量直接影响其使用性能指标。比较了不同齿轮精加工方法所得齿轮表面质量的差异。研究了齿轮表面质量对齿轮使用中的摩擦因数、摩擦损失、啮合噪声、疲劳寿命等使用性能的影响。试验结果表明:齿轮齿面经光整加工后,使用寿命大幅度提高,噪声大幅度降低。

Abstract:Surface quality of a gear has a close relationship to the performance of the gear and may influence gear efficiency, lubrication state, carrying capacity, noise, lifetime and so on. In general, surface quality refers to surface roughness, surface texture, surface stress, etc. This paper will give emphasis to the influences of surface roughness and texture on performance of a gear. The differences of gear surface textures were compared and the influence of surface roughness on gear performance was analyzed. Finally, the running experiments of gears machined by electrochemical mechanical finishing were carried out. The results indicated that the polished gear could improve its lifetime to a large extent and could also reduce the noise.
