0.3%多抗霉素水剂防治水稻稻瘟病田间药效试验研究

摘    要:目的]推广0.3%多抗霉素水剂。方法]在广西岑溪市稻瘟病常发区对该药剂进行了小区药效试验。结果]施药后各药剂均未对水稻产生明显药害。0.3%多抗霉素水剂3000 ml/hm2和2250 ml/hm2对叶瘟的防效分别为87.92%和87.33%,对穗瘟的防效分别为91.17%和91.15%,两者差异不显著,但均显著高于对照药剂6%春雷霉素WP 700 g/hm2的防效。结论]0.3%多抗霉素水剂安全性好、防效高,可推广示范,建议使用剂量2250~3000 ml/hm2。

Study on Field Efficacy of 0.3% Polyoxin against Rice Blast
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to popularized 0.3% Polyoxin.Method] The controling-test with 0.3% polyoxin was carried out at the zone that the rice blast occurred often in Cenxi city,Guangxi province.Result] No obvious phytotoxicity was observed after bactericide application.The control effect of 3 000 ml/hm2 and 2 250 ml/hm2 0.3% Polyoxin were 87.92% and 87.33% for leaf blast,and 91.17% and 91.15% for spike blast,respectively.The two treatments had no obvious difference,but both were significantly higher than that of 6% kasugamycin WP 700 g/hm2.Conclusion] With the advantages of good safety and control effect,0.3% polyoxin could be generalized in field,and the propositional using dosage was 2 250-3 000 ml/hm2.
