泸州和黔江稻区稻瘟病生理小种组成分析

摘    要:1996~2000年从泸州、黔江稻区不同品种上采集稻瘟病标样,分离出646个单孢菌株,经7个全国稻瘟病品种鉴定,共检出7群99个小种,泸州、黔江稻区,其中ZB群出现频率分别为67.42%、66.50%,为优势种群,次要种群不同,两稻区重要小种存在差异。泸州、黔江稻区分别从533、8个品种中监测出现ZB群占整个品种分别为92.40%8、6.84%。

Abstract:Samples of rice blast fungus were collected from different rice varieties in Luzhou area and Qianjiang rice region in 1996~2000 and 646 strains of single conidium were isolated.Based on the identification of 7 rice blast fungus varieties,99 races in 7 groups were identified,among which group ZB were the predominant populations with the occurrence frequencies in Luzhou area and Qianjiang rice region being 67.42% and 66.50% respectively.The subordinate populations were different and the important races of 2 rice areas existed difference.Group ZB from 53,38 uarieties that were detected in Luzhou area and Qianjiang rice region were 92.40%,86.84% in all races respectively.
