水稻抗稻瘟病分子遗传研究进展

摘    要:了解水稻对稻瘟病的抗性机制,选育对稻瘟病具有广谱、持久抗性的水稻品种是水稻稻瘟病研究的重点与难点。从水稻抗稻瘟R基因和稻瘟菌Avr基因的定位与克隆、功能和结构特点、两者之间的互作机制等方面综述了目前稻瘟病的研究进展,并对稻瘟病需要进一步研究的问题进行了讨论和展望。

Abstract:Finding out the mechanism of blast resistance of rice and breeding the rice possessing broad spectrum and dura- ble blast resistance are the key point and thorny point of study on flee blast. This paper reviewed the cloning of rice blast resistance genes and rice blast avirnlence genes, function and structure of rice blast resistance genes and mechanism of in- teraction between rice blast avirulence gene and resistance gene, and discussed the problems that people needed to solve in further study of flee blast.
