| 摘 要： | 实验用4种不同的方法和甲醇、氯仿和石油醚3种不同溶剂,对河蒴荛花进行了提取,并对提取物分别采用玻片浸渍法和叶片残毒法对山楂叶螨进行生物活性测定。结果表明,甲醇提取物的提取率和24 h对山楂叶螨的校正死亡率都高于其它两种溶剂的提取物,其中提取方法以温浸法的提取率最高为14.79%,杀卵、杀若螨和杀成螨的校正死亡率分别为66.85%、100%和100%。可以看出若螨和成螨对甲醇提取物非常敏感,对卵、若螨和成螨的LC50为2.2346 g/L、1.0097 g/L和2.185 5 g/L。 |

| Abstract: | Wikstroemia chamedaphne Meissn was investigated for its acarocidal activity against Tetranychus viennensis Zacher with Sheet glasssoaks method and Leaf-residue method.We used 3 kinds of different solvents to extract from Wikstroemia chamedaphne Meissn.The result indicated that the extract of methyl alcohol had better acarocided activity and its extract rate and the adjusted mortality of 24 h were higher than other two extracts of solvents.Four extract methods were used in this experiment,and extracted with warm methyl alcohol had the best extract rate which was 14.79%.The adjusted mortality of both nymph and adults which were sensitive to the extract of methyl alcohol were 100%.The effect of the medicament against eggs was lower,then against nymph and adults which were 66.85%,too.We obtain LC50 of eggs,nymph and adults which were 2.234 6 g/L,1.009 7 g/L and 2.185 5 g/L. |
