摘    要:以荆门市彭场林场11年生湿地松子代测定林为研究对象,通过对其生长量、产脂量和松脂各组分含量进行方差分析和遗传参数估算,分析其生长和产脂性状遗传变异规律,为湖北省湿地松遗传改良提供依据。结果表明:家系之间生长量存在极显著差异,产脂量存在显著差异,松脂中松节油含量与其他7种组分含量存在显著或极显著差异,具有较强的选择潜力;生长量和产脂量的家系遗传力在0.46~0.61之间,受较高遗传控制,单株遗传力在0.20~0.28之间;松脂各组分含量遗传力变化较大,家系遗传力和单株遗传力分别为0.10~0.86和0.02~0.93;相关分析发现生长量和产脂量存在极显著正相关,说明同时实现高产材和高产脂的可能性,松节油含量与生长量、产脂量相关性不显著,需要在生长量和产脂量选择的基础上开展松节油含量的选择;选择高产材高产脂优良家系2个(840,152),与目前湖北省主推的湿地松良种相比,可实现材积遗传增益48.00%、产脂量遗传增益27.45%。

Abstract:This study was carried out in a 11-year-old open-pollinated progeny test plantation of Pinus elliottii in Pengchang forest farm of Jingmen City. The genetic parameters of growth, resin production and resin quality were estimated and the genetic variation were analysed to provide the basis for genetic improvement of P. elliottii in Hubei Province. The results showed that there were extremely significant difference in growth (DBH, height and volume), significant difference in resin production and significant or extremely significant difference in turpentine content and other seven kinds of resin components within different families. This means that it has a great selection potential within these families. The family heritability and individual heritability of growth and resin production were 0.46-0.61 and 0.20-0.28 respectively indicating that the variation were controlled genetically at a high level. The heritability of resin components changes greatly, and the family heritability and individual heritability were 0.10-0.86 and 0.02-0.93 respectively. Correlations between growth and resin production were significant positive proving the possibility of achieving high yield in both growth and resin production. Turpentine content was not significantly related to the growth and resin production indicating that the selection of turpentine content should be on the basis of the growth and resin production selection. Two superior families were selected for the popularization and application since the genetic gain of volume and resin production of superior families were 48.00%and 27.45% improvement compared with the main variety of P. elliottii in Hubei Province.
