| 摘 要： | 粮食生产与发展的经济环境已发生了变化，相应对粮食实施的保护政策与保护式也应进行调整。本文在分析粮食保护的经济背景的基础上，提出了我国新粮食保护模式的构想，认为新时期粮食保护的模式应由粮食综合生产能力保护、粮农收入保护、粮食进出口贸易保护等构成，最后提出了实现新粮食保护模式的几条对策。

| Abstract: | With the change of the economics environment of the grain producing and developing, the policy and the model of the grain protection should be adjusted correspondingly. Based on the analysis of the change, this thesis gives a supposed model of grain protection in china, which consists of the protection of the comprehensive power of grain producing, the farmer's income and the grain import and export trade, and then gives some advice on how to construct the new model of the grain protection. |
