子叶与外施蔗糖对豌豆幼苗生长及插条生根的影响

摘    要:将豌豆(PisumsativumLin.)种子播种在纯石基质中,于40μmolm~(-2)S~(-1)光强、16小时光周期和22℃恒温条件下发芽和幼苗生长。分别于播种后4—11天除去子叶。取11天苗龄的插条在水培营养液中诱导生根。结果表明:幼苗高度、第三节长度、鲜重及干重均随去子叶的时间推迟而显著增加,插条生根力随幼苗生长量的增加而提高。去子叶后幼苗外施蔗糖表明:第5天去子叶的,幼苗高度和第三节长度随蔗糖浓度升高而明显增加,但过高的蔗糖浓度(4.0%)显著降低幼苗第三节长度,插条根量在2.0%蔗糖的浓度下最高。第8天去子叶的,幼苗外施蔗糖的效果显著高于未施蔗糖的,但不同蔗糖浓度间差异不明显。第5天去子叶的插条根量在0.5—0.7%的蔗糖生根液中显著高于其它处理,但平均根长度以0.9%的蔗糖浓度最高。第8天去子叶的,插条根量在0.3%蔗糖生根液下最高,平均根长随蔗糖浓度升高(0—0.9%)而显著增加。本文就子叶与外施蔗糖对豌豆生长及插条不定根形成的影响进行了讨论。

Abstract:The beans(Pisum sativum Lin.)were seeded in vermiculite and sprouted and grown under 40μ mol m ̄(-2)S ̄(-1)light intensity,16-hour-light period and 22℃ temperature.The cotyledons were removed on the 4th to llth day after seeding.The 11-day-old seedlings were used in the experiment.The height,the length of the 3rd segment and the fresh and the dry weights of the seedlings remarkablely increased as the day of cotyledon removal delayed and the capability of adventitious root formation of their cuttings in Veierskov liquid media increased as the growth rate increased.When the cotyledons were removed on the 5th day after seeding and the seedlings were cultured in 0 th 4.0% (W/V)sucrose concentration media, the height and length of the 3rd segment of the seedlings notablely increased in pace with sucrose concentrations,but the length of the 3rd segment reduced in 4.0% sucrose.The root number of their of their cuttings was greater in 2.0% sucrose than in any other sucrose concentrations and the aveage root length increased as the sucrose concentrations increased.When the cotyledons were removed on the 8th day after seeding and the seedlings were cultured in the same sucrose concentrations as above,the addition of sucrose significantly enhanced the growth of the seedlings and the root formation of the cuttings,althouth there was no significant difference among the various sucrose concentrations. The root number of the cuttings of the seedlings with their cotyledons removed on the 5th day after seeding was greater in Veierskov liquid media with 0.5 to 0.7%(W/V)sucrose than in any other treatments and so was the average root length in Veierskov with 0.9% sucrose. the root number of the cutting s of the seedlings with their cotyledons removed on the 8th day after seeding was greater in Veierskov with 0.3% sucrose than in any others and the average root length increased as the sucrose concentration increased from 0 to 0.9 % .The effects of the cotyledons and sucrose on the growth of the seedlings and the adventitious root formation of their cuttings in pisum sativum L were discussed in this paper.
