| 摘 要： | 本文分析了3头中国荷斯坦牛线粒体DNA D－Loop区910bp核革酸序列的变异情况，结果发现，3头中国荷斯坦牛mtDNA D-Loop区的平均核苷酸变异率为0.59%，其核苷酸变异类型包括转换、颠换和插入3种形式，其中，以转换最为常见。 |

| Abstract: | Mitochondrial DNA D-loop region 910 bp sequence variations in 3 Chinese Holstein cows were analyzed. The results showed that the average nucleotide mutational rate of mtDNA D-loop in 3 Chinese Holstein cow was 0.59 %, and three types of mutations including transition, transversion and insertion were all found in mtDNA D-loop region, of which transition was the most frequent. |
