| 摘 要： | 玉米是多样性丰富的一种作物,构建核心种质是研究和利用其多样性的一个崭新途径。世界各国都开展了构建玉米核心种质的研究,建立了多个核心种质库或核心种质子集。系统介绍了构建玉米核心种质的研究进展及基于距离和基于模型的聚类方法两步Ward-MLM取样策略和组(类)内取样量计算方法D方法的应用。
