南美白对虾育苗及淡化试验

摘    要:南美白对虾为世界养殖产量最高的三大优良虾种之一,具有繁殖季节长,营养要求低,适应性强等特点。为开发南美白对虾的淡水池塘养殖,进行了南美白对虾的育苗及虾菌淡化试验。本试验在12.6m^3水体中投入120万尾南美白对虾无节幼体(N3)撞育至仔虾P5,经逐步淡化至P13,获淡化虾菌39.39万尾。单位水体产量3.13万尾,m^3,最高产量为4.28万尾/m^3,由N3至淡化虾菌P13成活率为32.8%,经14h运输,成活率为98.5%。

Abstract:P.vannamei is one of three main artificial-culture shrimps with topmost yield in the world, and furthermore with characteristics of long breeding period , lower nutrition demand , betterenvironmental adaptability. This experiment was performed for the technical support of commercial freshwater pond culture of whiteleg shrimp in the further. 1.2million shrimp nauplii ( N3) were artificially reared to post-larva ( P5) in 12.6m3 water tanks, and then gradually desalinizing to P13. With 32.8% of seed-rearing survival rate ( N3-P13) and average unit yield 31.3k ( P13 )/m3, the total shrimp seed yield was 393.9k ( P13) , and the shrimp seed survival rate in 14hrs long distance transporation to Guangdong was 98.5%.
